Folks you would send to the dark side of the moon

Over 20 years ago the government of the United States reviewed a study of the disposal of waste materials and predicted, not only the USA, but other countries would run out of room for their shit. The study theorized that the dark side of the moon would be a suitable site for the disposal if we could get beyond the cost factor involved.

I was thinking (and, that's a rare thing) as long as we were dumping garbage, why not lose some undesirable elements of society as well?

I still don't understand how they could fuck up a show like that.

As for waste on the moon, wouldn't it cost more to transport it out there, and set up permanent facilities on the moon to take care of the waste than to just recycle it properly here?
